High repair bills - avoid this product

I have had this dryer for 3 years and every year the moisture sensor goes bad which cost +$300 to replace, so I have now spent more than the cost of the machine in repair bills. This year the drum is vibrating so badly its only a small matter of time before the dryer dies. Very disappointed with this product.

Do not order from Samsung’s website!

i ordered my washer and dryer on december 26th. they told me it would be delivered on january 20th which i accepted. a on january 19th the said they needed to reschedule delivery for the 22nd. then on the 21st they said they would deliver it on the 27th. on the 26th i got a call saying they could not longer send me the washer and dryer that i already paid for! i then had to talk to three useless samsung representatives who did absolutely nothing for me. i finally talked to one nice lady who finally got my order through and got me a delivery date for february 11th. now today as i am waiting for my delivery to be dropped off at my house i get a call saying i need to schedule my delivery! if you do want to order one of their washers or dryers don't not order it from their website.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Caught on FIRE after 2 months

do not buy this dryer. after a month and a half of purchasing new, the dryer started leaking water from the bottom (not from the connections). a few days after that, it started smoking and filled my house with toxic smoke in a few seconds. luckily i was right there and turned it off and unplug it before it caught my entire laundry room on fire. my air ducts are clear and was professionally installed... so i know with out a doubt it's not the dryer and not user error....I still have not been able to get it fixed or replaced...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In love whit my dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with the dryer has been excellent, it has a cycle selection system that, among other things, can highlight bedding drying, sportswear and manual selection, this combined with a wrinkle prevention key (it is very important that this key is activated if you want your clothes to be impeccable) allows your clothes to be almost perfect and without the need for ironing. It also has a lint collection basket that allows it to stay inside, preventing it from ever going out and causing all clothes to be soiled. What I personally like is that even when you put a drying cycle on, if it is finished it detects that the clothes are wet and continues to dry until everything is completely dry. It has a load capacity that allows you to fit queen or king size comforters with the assurance that they will dry completely without having to cycle several times. On the other hand, the start buttons provide energy savings since the moment it stops being in motion, it turns off (it does not continue counting as the analogue system does), it contains a light that when you open the door, it turns on, allowing you to see even when you have the laundry light off.

You can’t turn off the annoying system sounds

probably the worst washer and dryer i could have bought. it has the most shrill system sounds that play with every dial or click. it literally plays a 5 second jingle everytime you turn it on/off, or it times out. the best part, it can’t be turned off according to the samsung reps. though it is smart app capable, it wont go into wifi mode or pair. not worth the extra price tag.

Samsung 6000 Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung 6000 Dryer is REALLY nice. I am pleased with all the features, large size and quiet operation. I have been able to dry large quantities of clothes with this dryer without having to increase dry time or start another dry cycle due to all the clothes not being dry. It is completely quiet when in use and the tone sounds that are heard from selecting an option or turning the knob is nice. I enjoy being able to select my own dry time and even increase the tie it takes to dry my clothes, the Quick Dry feature is my favorite because I don't have to wait for hour(s) or even lengthy minutes to get my clothes dry. The drum is large and being able to see inside by using the drum light is a very nice feature. I like the notification sound the dryer makes when my clothes are dry, the moisture sensor is an added bonus which ensures my clothes won't be over dry or damp when the cycle is complete. I like the sanitize feature which keeps the dryer free from smells and must odors, using this keeps me from doing the unwanted cleaning of the unit after several uses. I like the wrinkle free feature which keeps my clothes from coming out the dryer like crumpled up paper which eliminates me from having to iron every article that comes out when done. This dryer gets a 10 out of 10 from me, the many options, large size, efficient use and silence when in use are all top of the line benefits of using/owning this dryer. Samsung really took their time and designed this dryer with the customer in mind. I thoroughly enjoy washing/drying my clothes now and feel in complete control of my laundry tasks. Great job SAMSUNG !
