High repair bills - avoid this product

I have had this dryer for 3 years and every year the moisture sensor goes bad which cost +$300 to replace, so I have now spent more than the cost of the machine in repair bills. This year the drum is vibrating so badly its only a small matter of time before the dryer dies. Very disappointed with this product.

New dryer poor wuality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a brand new Samsung dryer it worked for 3 loads of clothes started giving error code that door was open while it was running and then stopped heating contacted Samsung 3 weeks later still have brand new broken dryer with the same line someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours every time you call

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Samsung 7.5 cu. ft. washer and dryer set for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. Both machines are quiet, powerful, and super easy to use. The washer gets clothes extra clean with minimal detergent, and the spin cycle pulls out so much water that drying time is cut in half. The dryer has plenty of space — I can dry large comforters and bedding with no problem, and everything comes out soft and evenly dried every time.
The digital display and preset cycles make it simple to choose what I need without guessing, and I love the modern look — it really gives my laundry area an upgrade. Another plus is how energy-efficient both units are. I’ve already noticed a difference in how quickly I can get through laundry days.
If you’re looking for a reliable, quiet, and high-performing set, this Samsung combo is worth every penny. It’s built to last and looks great doing it!
