[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for more than a month and it operates great. Easy to use panel offers a variety of drying times and you can set them manually. The dial for loads is even simpler, as you just dial to the type of clotes or load you are drying and then the time is preprgrammed for you.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stopped working less than a week after it arrived. Called for warranty service but it started working again. Worked great until 2 weeks ago. Stopped working again. STILL waiting on parts for warranty repair. Out of the blue started working again. Not reliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Confusion in choosing the right option buttons

I started to use this dryer a year ago it was working ok but I don’t know why it has stopped drying the clothes properly. I have to run it for a long time to dry the clothes properly. I am also confused about the proper setting of options to choose for drying. Can I get any help for choosing the best options given on the machine to dry my clothes well in less proper time?

Don’t buy it

I have had it with this dryer. It has not dried clothes from day one. I have read the manual and interestingly there is a lot of info about how to fix it!!!! What does That tell you? I have given it the benefit of doubt but I am fed up that it takes hours to dry one load. And I’m not talking a large load!! I shouldn’t have to fix my new dryer and that probably won’t work anyway!!!! Also no light inside-with a black drum!! Try to contact Samsung-good luck. Takes you to electronics
