So roomy ..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot how big this dryer is. It holds a lot more clothes then my old Fisher & Patkel. Love it. Love my Samsungs!! Only thing I don't like is the door sticking out and not flat with the dryer. I can't close my doors on the laundry space. Only thing I don't like.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs better design

Less than two years old counter weights bolts snapped off breaking the weight in half ripping front door seal. Parts cost half a new one.

Another great appliance from Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were super excited to receive our new appliance from Samsung! It is truly a very beautiful dryer. This machine is incredibly quiet. We can't even hear it running anymore. With an opening of just under 53", the dryer is very deep and can hold a large load. It fits our queen sized comforter with ease. Our old dryer could barely fit the comforter and even ripped it once. We would have to take it to the laundry mat in order to clean it. Not anymore! It has many cycles to choose from. One of our favorites is the wrinkle prevent mode, which will tumble dry the clothing over a longer period of time in order to reduce the wrinkles in the clothing. I was never good at ironing clothing and prefer this option over hanging certain items out to dry. We currently have the machines side by side, but they are stack-able. This is another great option if you would like to save some space. I told my family and friends about our new appliances and they already joked about coming over and using them! Samsung uses state of the art and innovating technology to reduce both water and electricity and keeps our family in mind when designing their appliances. Features like the child safety lock and the reminder to self clean after 40 loads helps keep our families clothes clean and our children safe. Thanks Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer is large capacity, drys my king size bedding in one load with no problem. It is very quiet! I love the sanatize feature! The controls are very easy to follow, led panel let's you know the remaining time. You can dry a large capacity all at once, cutting down on time. I got the stacking kit, which saves space. Kit was easily installed. I love the blue LED lighting inside the dryer! Easy to see! I like the looks of the sleek design! I highly recommended. UPDATE: after months of using this dryer, I still Love it! The only thing that I would change is the dryer lint catcher. The plastic lint catcher does not seal completely allowing dryer sheets to escape into the vent.

Bad product. Broken in 13 months. Just 13 months. Just passed their warranty time.
Such waist of money. I wouldn.t recommended this product to anyone.

High repair bills - avoid this product

I have had this dryer for 3 years and every year the moisture sensor goes bad which cost +$300 to replace, so I have now spent more than the cost of the machine in repair bills. This year the drum is vibrating so badly its only a small matter of time before the dryer dies. Very disappointed with this product.

New dryer poor wuality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a brand new Samsung dryer it worked for 3 loads of clothes started giving error code that door was open while it was running and then stopped heating contacted Samsung 3 weeks later still have brand new broken dryer with the same line someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours every time you call
