WORST DRYER IN THE WORLD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 9 months ago and had issues with it since the beginning, it will just work when it wanted to. Now in cold weather/winter, it is dead and doesn't want to work at all.

We all know a working dryer is needed to have dry clothes, Diana. Let's have the dryer back up and running.

When your dryer doesn't power on, the panel doesn't light up, or the dryer loses power and turns off without warning, it could be something as simple as a tripped breaker or loose power cord. Please check these links for details.

Not worth purchasing & terrible customer service

I purchased this dryer 8 months ago and it stopped working mid cycle. It now won't turn on and Samsung's warranty is with a third party, who wants me (115 pound 5.5 gal) to unstack it before they come. Absolute worst customer service and quite frankly; product.

Broke after one year

Was amazing until it stopped working exactly three weeks after the 12 month warranty ran out. 13 months is TOO SOON to be requiring repair for an appliance we don’t even use every day. Ridiculous not dependable.

It’s a lemon!

I bought this a month ago and it has not worked once! I have had two repair technicians come out to try and fix it but it keeps having the same problem and will not turn back on! It has cost us time and money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dryer light

I bought this dryer on 06/17/2023. It does not have a light. Is so dark inside you remove clothes blindly. I did not realize how important the light is. To get one with a light is an upgrade. so terrible nowadays.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We agree with you that an interior drum light is important. Please turn to page 43 of this model's user manual shared below to enable the drum light for you to see your laundry when getting them. The light will remain turned on for 2 minutes and will automatically turn off.

Don't buy this dryer

My landlady provided this dryer. The sensor doesn't work; it turns off while clothes are very damp. Even on the hottest and longest cycles it takes forever for towels and clothes to dry.
