It’s a lemon!

I bought this a month ago and it has not worked once! I have had two repair technicians come out to try and fix it but it keeps having the same problem and will not turn back on! It has cost us time and money!

Dryer light

I bought this dryer on 06/17/2023. It does not have a light. Is so dark inside you remove clothes blindly. I did not realize how important the light is. To get one with a light is an upgrade. so terrible nowadays.

Don't buy this dryer

My landlady provided this dryer. The sensor doesn't work; it turns off while clothes are very damp. Even on the hottest and longest cycles it takes forever for towels and clothes to dry.

Poor at drying, good at making noise.

Dries ok with small loads, anything more than socks and underwear and the dryer only gets them to damp at best, nowhere near dry. It is also incredibly noisey, loud mechanical noises as well as chimes that you cannot mute. You can turn off the alarm but not the high pitched horrible song it makes when you switch it on. Annoys me, my wife, the baby and the dogs. Garbage.

RUN Far Away! Piece of junk!

I bought this piece of hot garbage in November 2020 and had to replace the heating element in 2022. Now it gives dc and c3 errors meaning the electrical is shot and needs to be repaired again. I am not putting any more money into this piece of junk and will never buy a Samsung appliance again. Even before it broke, the sensors were wrong, saying clothes were dry when they weren't, leaving wet clothes sitting in the dryer. I had to only use the time dry to remedy this particular problem. Would not recommend to anyone.

My worst dryer ever

Our washer , just arrived yesterday. The very next day we try to use it. No Heat at all . After numerous time spent troubleshooting with samsung customer care , manual and youtube.com. Same result. No heat

Please take your time in step number 3 which indicates that electric dryers like yours require 240 Volts to heat, anything lesser than 220 Voltage may only run the motor and the control panel but not the heating element.
