[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although installation was simple, the drying of clothes takes longer than the provided option on the display.
We have had to call for service twice because the drum belt kept falling off. The first time, there seemed to be a little piece of tape holding the tension wheel in place on the motor. the second time, the repairman stated that the belt had been frayed as if it were a 5-10 year-old belt.

Excellent Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] amazing dryer, wow. so efficient and silent. Love it. Reminds me of the one I bought in 2014. Unfortunately, it died after 11 years, the motor went out. Seems like the top of this dryer gets warmer compared to the older model.

I’ve had this Samsung electric steam dryer in black for a few months now, and it’s honestly one of the best home appliance upgrades I’ve made.
I’ve had this Samsung electric steam dryer in black for a few months now, and it’s honestly one of the best home appliance upgrades I’ve made.
First of all, the design is gorgeous — the brushed black finish gives my laundry room a sleek, high-end feel. But the real magic is in the performance. The Steam Sanitize+ feature has been a lifesaver. It not only gets rid of wrinkles (goodbye ironing!) but also refreshes clothes and kills bacteria — perfect for bedding and gym clothes.
The large capacity fits bulky loads with no problem, and the sensor dry makes sure nothing comes out damp or overcooked. I also love being able to control it remotely through the SmartThings app — I can start a cycle from my phone and get alerts when it’s done, which is incredibly convenient.
It runs quiet, dries fast, and has so many smart options that make laundry way less of a chore. Highly recommend this model to anyone looking for something efficient, modern, and built to last!
