Ridiculously loud operating tunes

this is the most annoying dryer ever. every adjustment is accompanied by loud sounds. the worst is the laundry done sound. that song is easily 30 seconds long. there is no option to turn it off or lower the volume. it's pure torture. i'm also not happy how it dries. laundry get's bundled up (sheets) and part of it may still be moist, thought it stopped and sensed all is dry. i also don't like that if you changed your mind about an option, like you wanted wrinkle prevent and forgot to push that button, you have to turn the unit off and then on again and turn the dial to the program you want, first. but particularly the sound makes me think twice to ever buy samsung again. what were they thinking?

Barely lasted 1 year - began to dry very slow - had to use the timed dry and run for 100 minutes. These were not very big loads either. Then the motor had a meltdown - literally - the windings in the motor are charred. Everything smells like melted rubber/plastic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth purchasing & terrible customer service

I purchased this dryer 8 months ago and it stopped working mid cycle. It now won't turn on and Samsung's warranty is with a third party, who wants me (115 pound 5.5 gal) to unstack it before they come. Absolute worst customer service and quite frankly; product.

Broke after one year

Was amazing until it stopped working exactly three weeks after the 12 month warranty ran out. 13 months is TOO SOON to be requiring repair for an appliance we don’t even use every day. Ridiculous not dependable.
