Best Cleaning Product of My Life

My entire first floor is hardwood and laminate and I'm just fed up chasing dust bunnies and trying to keep mop water clean. This machine has cut my cleaning time in half. The floors are spotless all the time. I actually enjoy using it, and I don't enjoy housework. The fact that I can run it over my area rugs is a huge bonus. They still need to be vacuumed because we live near the beach and sand is an issue, but getting them fresh is awesome with the Bissell. I have zero domp,aints and one piece of advice. Don't let the dirty water chamber fill past the line or it begins to leak out. That's why there's a line. The self cleaning feature really requires more than one swish.
Pros: Easy to use. Cleans beautifully. Cuts time

I would NEVER buy this product again

at first I was extremely excited.... then I used it. It does not get close to walls or cupboards and leaves a good inch of unclean floors which leaves me going around cleaning up AFTER. It does not clean my floor well enough to even want to use it. Leaves streaks behind. Does a worse job then my swiffer. Wouldn't recommend.

Burned up and won't turn on. Worked for about 4 months. I like the ability to clean it after each use. I was very diligent. I love being able to clean my Hardwoods and rugs at the same time. When it worked, it was great. But something started burning and now it won't turn on.

I would not purchase this product ever again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item April 16,2021 within the first 3 months of purchasing I had to get it fixed. The water kept spilling everywhere!! A couple of months later it wasn't cleaning my floors. Now May 13,2022 my vacuum doesn't turn on. I have to go unplug it and come back to turn it on and it only turns on for 30 seconds! It's really disappointing I paid all this money and it keeps breaking.

I was so excited to get this product. Eliminate a step in cleaning?? Sign me up! I debated about this product, because I didn't want to spend the money. Decided it would be worth it to save me some time cleaning. As a stay at home mom of 3 boys, who works from home, and is a ranch/farm wife in addition, time is a huge factor! It does not get my bare floors clean at all. I read the directions, I follow them to a T. I have gone over it multiple times & it still looks dirty when I am done. There are streaks from the cleaner itself, there are water spots on the floor from before that it did not clean up. It picks up like a regular vacuum & that is it. It picks up the debris & nothing more. If you are looking for a mop, don't buy this. Not happy I spend $200 plus on a machine that takes more of my time trying to get it to work and I end up mopping afterward anyway. Unhappy customer.
Pros: honestly not sure i have any
Cons: does not clean up any water marks/spts, have to go over things multiple times, still doesn't look clean when you are done, streaks horribly

I wish the product would last longer

This product is great when it works! I have animals and it great to be able to sweep up hair and mop at the same time along with picking up with cat litter. The problems I have ran into is that I clogs, and just after a year when I plug it in it now trips my GFI's and refuses to work! Bissell needs to make a product that lasts longer then that for the price that this costs or at least offer something in return then sorry about your luck, it must be something in your house. Well I definitely know that is not the case seeing as my husband has done maintenance/carpentry at our zoo for over 26 years and knows what he is doing and we are talking a Nationally known zoo!
Pros: Easy to use, Good for Light Cleaning
