Water container is miniature. Doesn't even hold enough water to clean an entire room. Doesn't clean as advertised. Incapable of cleaning floor tile grouts. Doesn't heat water in water container. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY - USE A MOP FOR CLEAN FLOORS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this item for one month. I thought it was really good at picking up dog hair off my wood floors, but I wasn't sure about it actually cleaning. The picture is a wet rag I used in a little area in my hardwood kitchen after I "cleaned" the floors with the bissell. I used it on my rug with the proper roll. It basically put dirty water all over my rug and made it dirtier than before.

It's an overhyped cheap vacuum. I've used many tile cleaners and still can't get my tile cleaned very well. Even on basic wood floors getting spots up seems to be a harder task than it should. I won't recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one for me and one for my daughter. She loves her and uses it all the time. I, however have only used it about four times. Fifth time it wouldn't turn on. I Googled it and it turns out this cleaner is known for this problem, and of course no fix has been noted. Needless to say I have a very new cleaner that I now cannot use. I paid a lot of money for it too, and it only works four times! WOW, not good! I would NOT recommend anyone to risk buying this and it break very quickly like mine. VERY DISAPPOINTED

This is one of the worst products I've ever bought!! I have a fairly large house with all hardwood and tile floors. I wanted something to make my life a little easier. This is not the product to do that. It leaks streaks all over my hardwood and leaks dirty water EVERYWHERE!! Even if I don't come close to the mop button I still have streaks of dirty water all over and when I turn it off there is almost always a small puddle of brown water. I've only had my crosswave for about 6 months but I can tell you this will be the last time I buy Bissell every again.
Cons: Leaky, Noisy, Not Durable

Only complaint is it is heavy and will make your shoulder sore. Need easier customer service the few I talked too couldn't understand nothing so always ended up having to talk to a manager. Love the product though

I LOVE the concept and functionality. HOWEVER, it falls apart quickly. I just ordered my 3rd foot assembly (the part the covers the brush roller). I have only owned my crosswave for about a year and a half. That is not the only replacement part I have had to order either. It works great when it works, but the parts don't last long!! I owned a Symphony before this and was excited when they came out with a mop/vacuum option. I have a full house (lots of kids and pets) and we are constantly cleaning up messes. Just really wish it was more durable and I wasn't constantly having to replace parts!!
Pros: Easy to use, Multi-Surface Usage
Cons: Not Durable
