[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product after trying my son's Crosswave. I have an older cat that has "issues" and at least once a week I need to clean up after her. Pulling out my Bissell steam cleaner is more than what I need but the Crosswave is quick to set up/clean up and the carpet mess is cleaned in minutes. The carpet is dry in no time. Since it's smaller than my steam cleaner and I need it more frequently, I can store it with my vacuum. Also, buying through the Bissell website, gave me extras like more rollers and a large bottle of the cleaner. Highly recommend especially if you have pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the only brand I will use. I've used it in particular for eliminating pet soil for many years from Berber carpet. Also when selling my house I would frequently spot use while the house was on the market. I had 2 large dogs and sold my home in 12 days. It's amazing how much dirt can be lifted out of your carpet in just a weeks of wear. When you see those results and how easy and quick it is to use, and how it tucks away easily in a small closet, there's no reason to look at other brands.
Pros: Deep cleaning, Easy to use, Lightweight, Pet Cleanup, Quick cleanup, Removes pet odor, Removes Stains and Spots, Would Recommend
Cons: Area Rugs, Carpet, High Traffic Areas, Living Room

Talking about performance, time and versatility this is best investment you can do for the house , I have three cats and 2 dogs and my house looks impecable .. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Crosswave All in One yesterday and was anxious to try it. It is certainly easy to use and since I just switched from all carpet to all floors, that's extremely important. I think it will take a couple of tries to get really good with it. I did notice that it doesn't get all the way to the baseboards, I expected that, but that is easily handled with a quick Swiffer around the perimeter. BUT it is noisy. I didn't expect that. That is the reason for the missing star. Overall, I would buy it again as I feel it was a good value.
