A royal pain to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm more than happy with the multi surface cleaning of my floors. That's the easy part! Emptying the waste water and cleaning the tank took longer than it took to do the floors. What a mess! Lots of little corners and seams to clean. Yuck! I don't know if I'd recommend it to a friend for that reason.
Pros: Easy to use, It does a great job in my kitchen, Lightweight
Cons: Multi-Surface, Tile Floors, Vinyl flooring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hats off to Bissell for a floor-cleaning machine that actually does everything they say it will do! Most of our flooring is wood laminate and even black shoe-marks or random food spills that have dried are easily removed with the 'wet mop' function. I use the wet mopping about every 2 weeks and I'm always shocked to see how dirty the water is after each cleaning, just when I thought the floors didn't "look too bad!" I also like that it's lightweight and easy to maneuver and the water tanks are easy to fill/empty. I can't say enough good things about this little machine and the price is well worth it for the great results it produces with so little effort from the operator!
Pros: Deep cleaning, Easy to use, Lightweight, Quick cleanup, Removes Stains and Spots, Would Recommend
Cons: Area Rugs, Hardwood Floors, High Traffic Areas
