We also have the Bissell Deep Clean Professional Pet Shampoo machine. It is absolutely fabulous. Cleans our rugs and overstuffed chairs and couch like they were done professionally. This is our second one aver ten years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought my crosswave a few weeks ago and meh it's okay on the floor. It doesn't get tough spots very well. Anyway I really bought it for area rugs. I just got a new one and wanted to keep it clean. Well first off the vaccum keeps shutting off while I'm using it and second rather than cleaning my rug it just left dingy brown streaks all over it. It wasn't even stained so basically my perfectly clean new rug has been ruined by the vaccum
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Bradleigh. The CrossWave doesn't work like a deep cleaner. It works best to vacuum and wash sealed hard floors. It can be used to vacuum and freshen low pile area rugs with the area rug brush, but it's not a carpet shampooer. If we can help with your CrossWave, please reach out to us at support.bissell.com.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and son love the BISSELL® CrossWave® All-in-One Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac. It is used to clean our hardwood floor as a vacuum and deep wet clean that leaves the floor shiny like new, using the all purpose liquid cleaner. We have used it to deep clean our carpet, dry and wet. It has cut our hardwood and carpet cleaning work more than half compared to other cleaners/vacuum cleaners we used before. It is a great product and I'll recommend it to anyone who desires uncompromised cleaning results. We don't have any animal pets so we cannot attest to its cleaning on pet hair. Simple design, easy to clean, but big on vacuuming results.
