Waste of my money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited for this mop and vacuum in one and thought for the price it was going to work very well. When using the mop it seems to leave behind lines of dirty water and when I use the vacuum it gets clogged immediately and blows around dust and hair instead of picking it up. I'm very upset I wasted my money on this..
Cons: Clogs Easily, Doesn't suck up dirt and dust
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Bella. The CrossWave isn't designed for dry vacuuming. It works best when using water and BISSELL CrossWave formula to vacuum and wash at the same time. Please visit support.bissell.com for troubleshooting support.
