[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe I waited so long to get one. I have four labs 6 months to 9 years old it's always something. When the family comes or friends it's nothing for me to have up to 13 dogs at a time. Whether it's barf, potty stain, poop stain or a human mess it works wonderful to clean it up. Machine is easy to put together, easy to clean and operate. I do try to vacuum my house about two to three times a week with my illness I can't always do that and if I haven't been able to I will vacuum everything before I use my crosswave. If I don't I will be stopping every two minutes to clean out the little suction area from all the dog hair. And that's my fault not the machines. And also is easier for the little machine to function to the fullest degree. I have lots of carpet, hardwood floors and area rugs doing my normal cleaning routine this thing works incredible nothing can beat it. It's also a huge Time Saver. The only issue I had was it leaked solution and that was because after I looked at it and it played with it the solution tank wasn't in all the way look like it and felt like it but it wasn't I took it out and put it back in and never had an issue again. I have even used it on my carpet to clean pet stains. I had a dog that was very sick over a year ago had professionally cleaned still had stains for the fun of it I tried that machine on it and to my astonishment it actually took out the stains. Highly recommend this little guy and it being corded is awesome because there's no way the battery only one would last for the amount of time I need to do my house.
Pros: Cleans unbelievably. So easy to use, light weigh
Cons: Wish tanks were bigger but thats always.
