[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just moved in to a new home with all tile floors. I added throw rugs so being able to use one machine to do both at the same time is great. I also have a very hairy dog and the Bissell pick up all the hair from tile and rugs. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this Wet Dry Vac to clean texturized tile in an entire apartment. It took time but we got the tile looking like their original color again. Easy to use, not bulky or heavy, works well once you get the hang of it. I would LOVE a more aggresive scrubber for tile floors and grout. Overall, very pleased and this will lighten our workload.

Worked Great for a while then just stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very disappointed when after a year or so the crosswave just stopped working. I am a fan of BISSELL, I can understand how it could just stop getting power. Just stopped. Not sure I will buy another.
