The machine does not work as advertised. The floors are streaked and not clean. I can do better with a mop and bucket

Hardwood floors,marble tile, area rugs & no wax floors. Only 868 sq. foot. Too long of recharge time & short run time. bissell model 2596 crosswave. 25min -30min of run time, tried several different operators. Small home yes !!!!! Tks.
Cons: Need extra changeable battery pack more run tim, run time to short needs detachable battery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a 2300 sq foot home mostly tile I have had my Crosswave 4 years, I have bought 3 more for gifts for family and friends, they were mopping the floors, know they can do a great job with the Crosswave our neighbor has cancer his wife was mopping her floors I bought her a Crosswave she loves it.
