Does not clean my floors at all!

I have been using this vacuum for months in our brand new house. Every time. I noticed this past couple of times that it just doesn't seem to be kicking it and making our floors pretty. I found out the hard way by taking a magic eraser To the floor and WOW was all I could say. There was so much dirt left behind it's unreal. I would love to find a different mop to work with and maybe could use the bissel as a top clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have dogs, and plan on using this... Just don't. The dog hair clumps so bad behind the brush that you have to grab it out and set it out with a knife
