I bought one and used it and loved it and then took it with me to visit my sister to show her how good it worked cause she has horses and dogs and she was so impressed with how well it cleaned I gave it to her and when I got home I immediately ordered another one for me.

But when I'd mop my floors would track and look way worse than before I mopped. Theyd look greasy or hazy. I don't know just awful. As a busy mom of 3 I dont have time to waste. This cuts out sweep time. I am so excited to clean now. I can finally get my floor clean & in half the time. And it stays actually looking clean. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again. The first time I used the Crosswave I couldn't believe how much dirt it picked up. Each time I use there is a little less. And the floors look so good. I'm not ashamed to have someone come to my house. It makes me feel good! I have had one minor problem. Make sure you get cap of solution bottle on straight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it so much!!! I was tired of sweeping and mopping our kitchen tile floor, and they would still feel dirty. The first time I used the crosswave there was a noticeable difference in how our kitchen floor felt. It's quick and easy. I clean mine out after every use, and I even think that part is pretty speedy too. It's kind of pricey, but it's worth every penny. It makes my life easier with two toddlers who make continuous messes. I would definitely buy it again. This machine is not intended for large areas of carpet. Just small spills on area rugs. This is very true. I personally believe this machine is best used for hard floors only, and the OCCASIONAL spill on an area rug. Otherwise, the machine will jam up. I had read a few reviews about the crosswave not reaching close enough to the baseboards, but I did not find this to be true in our house. As long as I maneuvered it in a different direction, I did not have problems vacuuming or mopping anything next to my baseboards. I highly recommend purchasing this product if your sole intention is to clean your hard floors.
