I really wish it were smaller so that I should get around the toilets in my smaller bathrooms. Other than that I love how it cleans. Happy about my purchase.

I was surprised by how much area the solution in the CrossWave would clean. It's like a fast spinning mop. Less solution tank refills then my previous one, pivoting head makes it easy to maneuver. Most of all, from my perspective, easier to cleaner unit after using without all those moving parts. Thanks Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our home is comprised of two teenagers, 4 bulldogs, an AEMT, and a mom that stays on top of it all (after working a full time job). The CrossWave is my everyday saving grace. I really don't know what I would do without it. Cleaning up bully slobber, kool aid spills, muddy boot prints, and pet hair, I use my CrossWave EVERY DAY!!! I have been a bissell girl for years. Every floor cleaning machine I have is a bissell. I even turned my mom on to them. I love all the bissell products but the CrossWave, that is the evolution of cleaning machines!
