Not worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased it one year and maybe two months ago, all I know is that the one year warranty is definitely up and today I went to plug it in and it cut the power in my home which I've never had happy with any appliance let alone a vacuum?? I thought it was an issue with the outlet so I went to a different room and sure enough the power went out again. Had to be the vacuum. Honestly wasn't that impressed with the vacuum considering my ECOVACS robot vacuum got more dirt and hair off my floors than the crosswave without me even having to vacuum. I have a clean home no kids no pets just two adults, so didn't vacuum very often with it and yet I can't even use it now barely a year later. Really irritated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate sweeping and mopping and can never keep up with it, but the crosswave has made keeping my floors clean a much easier task! It vacuums away all the loose dirt with ease, and is also powerful enough to scrub away any stuck on food on the floor. Im so happy I bought this thing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because it takes me all day to run a sweeper and mop the floors. This is quick and easy. The only drawback is, it's pretty hard to get the cover off so you can take the roller out to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst vacuum. Definitely not worth the money. It hasn't worked well since I bought it brand new. It doesn't pick up any hair/dirt. It just blows it around and balls up hair but doesn't even suck it up. It also gets clogged so easily even after cleaning it and using it for maybe 2 minutes. Awful product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Eva. The CrossWave isn't meant for dry vacuuming and won't work well for this. It's designed for vacuuming and washing your floors at the same time, eliminating the need to sweep and mop separately.

Product is great I use it on my hard wood floors and rugs and use it daily. The company and customer service however is a pain to deal with if you need help. Promo codes never work that they send out. I have bought my last Bissell product.
