LOVE this machine ! It does a splendid job on my hardwood floors and a wonderful job on the carpets...as well as the large throw rugs. Its easy to assemble, clean, and has a very long cord. I tried it on my lanolium and must say, it did ok ( but not built for that surface ) it is a tad bit heavy, but i am able to manage it. Ive added a photo of the before and after on my carpet and the water when i was finished.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I seriously underestimated how dirty my floors were! I swept, vacuumed, and steam mopped my floors before using the Bissell Crosswave. The water was coming back completely filthy!! I repeated it again, filthy water. I did it a THIRD time and the water came back clear! I could not believe the amount of dirt this thing pulled off my floors. My floors look amazing, and the cleaning solution smells so fresh. 10/10 recommend! #sweepstakes

I was tired of sweeping then mopping. I could never find a mop that I like and does a good job. I searched around for the right one until I saw this one. Took me 2 fills to do the whole house. The stuff that ended up in the dispose bin OMG! My floors look amazing and are so clean!

People are saying they're THRILLED with its cleaning ability (as am I) but I must add that I am also MORTIFIED to find out how much dirt there was on what I thought were my clean floors! I am truly pleased with how lightweight the vac is...you don't have to apply ANY pressure to make it work and that's wonderful. The cleaning liquid doesn't seem to leave a residue on my hardwood, either. I've only had it a few days but..so far, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is pure magic. The proof is in the dirty water tank. I will never go back to regular mopping. The formula leaves the floors shiny and not sticky which is a must for me. Had the Tineco before this but the Crosswave is much more powerful and effective and the formula smells much better too.

I had high hopes for this product to clean some of my area rugs. The crossover did not clean my rugs as a matter of fact it just spread the dirt around and made the rug look dirtier. Tried a second time but no better. Ended up renting one Well I am glade I have tile floors hope it works better on them

Hi Craig. The CrossWave isn't a carpet shampooer. It can be used to lightly vacuum and freshen area rugs, but it will work best for your tile and other sealed hard floors. Please call us anytime if we can assist at 1-800-237-7691.
