I LOVE this machine. In order to really get my floor clean I had to get on my hands and knees using a 3 step process. Scrub with cleaner, rinse and then dry so as to not leave streaks. With my CrossWave I just have the one step cleaning and drying. NO STREAKS! Plus my knees and back are killing me. I would recommend this product to everyone and I actually already have. I'm VERY happy with my purchase.

Easy to assemble, use, clean, and maintain. Very intuitive. And it actually cleans!!! You can see how much gets picked up in the dirty water tank, even when the floor doesn't appear too dirty.
