I did vacuum before using this machine on my floors, but found the container that collects the dirty water said it all. The floors also dry quickly. I did clean all parts of the crosswave to ensure the longevity of the machine. This is definitely a "SWEEPSTAKES" Winner!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's great for cleaning my tile floors and runners in my kitchen. I only wish it could get around my toilet bowls. I do use it in the bathroom in the more spacious areas. It always uses clean water on the surface and the area is dry in seconds. I am so happy to pout the dirty water and debris out. It's quick snd easy.
Pros: Easy to use, Lightweight, Pet Cleanup, Quick cleanup, Removes Stains and Spots, Would Recommend
Cons: Area Rugs, Carpet, High Traffic Areas, Tile Floors

After long use I noticed how sticky my floors had become, no doubt because of long term build up of Bona's solution. I have quite a large wood floored area. With the very first use of my new Bissell Cross Wave the floor, particularly in the kitchen, was back to being smooth and tacky free. Am delighted with this product. I purchased this after quite a lot of research, particularly independent video reviews. Would definitely recommend, just wish it was a little wider.

II was constantly sweeping and mopping over and over; it was back breaking emptying buckets and washers mop tops. This machine cleans my wood floors quickly and has eliminated pet odors which has cut down on pet accidents. Thank you, Bissell

My Crosswave cleans out pigments and design of the flooring perfectly. I also use the cleaner on my flagstone. What a great job on it also.
