[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the Bissell Crosswave for Christmas. I've been wanting this for awhile now. Well, oh my goodness. I thought my floors weee clean. I wash them constantly. This Machine is absolutely wonderful. My floors are shining. I couldn't believe how dirty the water was. Yuck! It's a little on the heavy side and loud but I'll get used to it. It cleans the floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CrossWave is a much much better machine than I could have imagined. It's extremely well built, light, and easy to maneuver. It pulled up so much more dirt and grime after having just used my spinner mop. The mop roller was restored to just about new condition after using the storage pan and special Bissell cleaning liquid (for that purpose). I really expected hair to get caught in the roller, making it difficult to clean the machine after use, but that didn't happen, as everything ended up in the tank. I also didn't believe that a machine could vacuum and mop at the same time, but it did with ease. The machine is also good for low pile throw rugs, but I also have the Bissell ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner for that job, since I have so many of them with thicker pile. These two machines are the best investment I've ever made when it comes to cleaning my house.
