I have an off white tile that has divots in its pattern. Dirt can settle in those places and the Bissell CrossWave is the only thing that can clean my floors other than hiring a company to come in for $300+ each time to clean. I love my Bissell!

Doesn't work good for too long

It worked good the first few times. But after a while it's starting to stink up the whole house like dirty water. Using The cleaning methods that the user manual gave. Even just a little spray it would leave Dirty puddles behind. Guess not the type of product that is worth the money you paid for. I just switch back to regular sweeping and mopping because it's easier to clean and do not have a house smelling like dirty water
