This product is a game changer. I bulk purchased laminate vinyl plank flooring Summer 2019 and put throughout the entire house. To clean, first I would have to sweep, then mop, time consuming. Now I just plug in my crosswave and go to town!

This has been very helpful, especially now that the snow has set in. We can easily use it to clean the salt off of the hardwood floors. We have used it on all hard floors in our house and it has performed well.

I had saved to purchase the Crosswave Pet corded for a few months. I wasted my money ! I had swept and mopped my floors the morning my order come in , but in my excitement thought I would give it a try anyway. The vacuum did not pick up dog hair and even left a few bits of dry dirt and bread crumbs. My dog had sloshed some water so I tried the mop feature. Horrible mistake!!! as soon as the brush was wet it started leaving major streaks on my floors and what little dirt and dog hair it picked up got completely gunked up and stuck in the suction tube behind the brush. Every week for almost 3 months when I attempt to use the Crosswave Pet I spend more time taking it apart to clean it and get the wet mats of hair and dirt out of the interior base and tube then I do actually using the product. Completely disappointed!!!!!
Cons: does not pick up dog hair or dry bread crumbs, leaves streaks when mopping, must remove brush frequently and hand wash, must wipe the interior frequently
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this to try and help get the Sheetrock dust up. I have Vinyl plank and it seemed like everything else was just pushing the mess around. This vacuum did the truck much easier than my shop vacuum was doing. I kind of wish I had bought the cordless version but I was worried about lack of power. Either way I am very happy and my floors look amazing!
