I can quickly clean my kitchen and hardwood floors without the extra step of vacuuming. Floors dry fast. Vacuum has great suction. Amazing to see amount of duty that comes if my floor. Only downside is cleaning machine afterwards but still better than cleaning my carpet cleaner!

I love my Bissell CrossWave! Used it for the first time today. So much easier than sweeping and mopping our stained concrete floors. The only thing I wish it was better at is getting close to the baseboards. Still love it anyway! ❤️

Works really well. I can mop the floor and sweep at the same time. The floor is dry after I finish in like five minutes. I really liked the concept but must admit was wondering if it would live up to my expectations. Felt like it was a little pricey for a mop and if it didn't work well I would have been p***ed. But I am glad I rolled the dice. Because it does exactly what I need it to do. It also is very easy to clean. Comes apart very easy. All the parts are easy to clean and get back together after they dry. If I had to give one down side. I guess it would be that it can't get right up next to the cabinets. Over all though. I love it!!
