This has been very helpful, especially now that the snow has set in. We can easily use it to clean the salt off of the hardwood floors. We have used it on all hard floors in our house and it has performed well.

Don't like that it has a small filter which has to be cleaned quite frequently. Don't like that it leaves white streaks behind on the floor. Read your tips and still had the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Listen to the people with the 1 star reviews. Within a year, it spits out pools of dirty water. I replaced the filter and brush, it still has no suction and is disgusting to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you're trying to clean heavy dirt, hair or debris from your floors, try using the area rug setting as it releases more water and formula on the brush when you squeeze the trigger. Wish there was an attachment to get smaller areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased the Crosswave and used it right away. It really works great! The only complaint I have is that there isn't an attachment or a way to get in the corners or hard to reach areas. Other than that our floors look great!
