[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is just what I needed. I never clean the floors enough. By the time I finish vacuuming, I don't have time to mop. This product eliminates this problem by doing both at once, and it does both things well. It is a lifesaver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used it 1 time so far and I couldn't believe how nasty my floors were. I even turned on my robot before I used the Bissell and still had an incredible amount of dirt picked up from the Bissell. Cons: it does not swivel to do well in corners or small spaces and it is kind of a pain to take the whole thing apart to clean it. I wish I would have spent the extra money and got the pet pro. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell crosswave cleans my hardwood floors and area rugs very well! The machine itself takes quite a bit of time to clean- even after just one use it was pretty difficult to get into some of the spots of the machine and some parts are almost impossible to get clean.
