[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so easy to wash the floor. No more lugging buckets of water or waiting for the floor to dry. I can clean an area and put the CrossWave away and use it again and again until the soapy water is gone. With my cats, I like to sanitize often. Cleaning the unit is a breeze.

Very pleased with how easy it is to operate and to clean. Previously owned the Hoover floormate and the swivel action of the Bissell Crosswave is much easier to use. It's ability to vacuum as well as mop makes clean up faster and easier.

I purchased this to use on tile floors. The first time I used it, it worked very well. The second time it clogged and did not clean well. However, I may have done something wrong so I plan on using it weekly to see if it was my error or an issue with the product.

This thing is awesome!! I'm a regular cleaner and I just got my puppy, leading me to clean even more. I don't wear shoes inside and I either vacuum and swiffer or sweep and swiffer every day so I thought my house was clean. Boy was I wrong! After my first use of this thing, I was met with a tank of dark gray water with lots of pet hair and dust in it! Not only did it clean dirt and hair, it also got up residual residue on my hardwood floors from a previous cleaner that's been a pain for months! My floors look brand new. Once my puppy is completely house trained I will put my area rugs back down and try it on those! If you don't want streaks, add a bit more water and a bit less solution than notated. I only wish the tanks held more cleaning liquid so that I didn't have to refill and empty as much. I see myself using this thing until the wheels fall off and the motor stops running, at which I will buy another!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaned my tile floors in kitchen and breakfast area. Machine is overall a lot quieter then my old Hoover. I was surprised by how much area the solution in the CrossWave would clean. It's like a fast spinning mop. Less solution tank refills then my previous one, pivoting head makes it easy to maneuver. Most of all, from my perspective, easier to cleaner unit after using without all those moving parts. Thanks Bissell
