DISAPPOINTED! This is nearly a 300$ purchase and it 100% does not hold its standards: I have beveled tile flooring and it just didn't get the job done. We had to use a scrub sponge for stuck on food and the wet swiffer sweeper after and let me tell you there was plenty of dirt left over. For anyone wondering my floors were NOT FILTHY, just average weekly dust and dirt. The carpet setting was even worse I didn't notice a difference really but I was hoping it at least eliminated the dust. I would say if you have hard wood flooring this may work better but be aware your floors are not clean. I challenge you to try the swiffer wet mop and see for yourself like I did! I wanted this to work really badly to safe time! But I will stick to my 24.99 Swiffer it hasn't let me down yet! Even gets the stuck on stuff with a few pushes! BTW refills for the mop are not as expensive as the fancy soap the Bissell requires!

A bit pricey for just an "OKAY" machine.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 1st time I used this machine, I was in love!! It had my hardwood floors looking and feeling so clean! Also did wonders on the grout lines on my kitchen tile! I thought, "I'VE FINALLY FOUND THAT ONE" then, the next day, after washing all the parts and starting out with a newly cleaned machine, that's when I started thinking "maybe it was a good thing I saved the box".... no matter what I do, I just can't stop the streaking the roller heads leave on my floors! I've tried everything but nothing has worked. I still grab it to vacuum up a small mess but I honestly don't feel that it's worth the money I paid for it. My Shark Steam Mop (being 4+ years old) has never left streak marks on any of my floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I excitedly bought this thinking the days of scrubbing my floors by hand would be done. I was very wrong. This is like having your toddler mop your floor, you still have to go back & do a better job yourself. I wiped my floors with a white paper towel after I went over them twice & they were still filthy. It's too late to return it but I wish I could get my money back. Don't waste yours.

Don't waste your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a lot for me to write a comment but I'm truly disappointed with this product. I purchased this for my wife as a Christmas present, and I was getting frustrated she wasn't using it. I understand why.... When you have to bend down and pick up pieces of popcorn because it won't pick it up, that's extremely frustrating. It does NOT pick up dog hair, it just blows it around. And FORGET THE 2-1. All it does is create dirty water and then spread it all over your floor. No matter how much you clean it. Save your money and just do it the old fashion way. Broom and mop. Wish I could get my money back!

It sounds like you may not be using the CrossWave as it's intended. It isn't meant to be used as a dry vacuum. It washes and vacuums your hard floors at the same time. We'd love to help you at support.bissell.com!

I wish the product would last longer

This product is great when it works! I have animals and it great to be able to sweep up hair and mop at the same time along with picking up with cat litter. The problems I have ran into is that I clogs, and just after a year when I plug it in it now trips my GFI's and refuses to work! Bissell needs to make a product that lasts longer then that for the price that this costs or at least offer something in return then sorry about your luck, it must be something in your house. Well I definitely know that is not the case seeing as my husband has done maintenance/carpentry at our zoo for over 26 years and knows what he is doing and we are talking a Nationally known zoo!
