[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now first off we do not have any rugs or carpet at all in our entire house. We did a lot of research and looking into similar products. This one always came out on top. With us not having rugs or carpet I have no idea how it does on those but I have to say we ABSOLUTELY love it for our hard floors! For the first time ever I don't feel like I'm using dirty water to clean my floors. We have 5 dogs yes 5 and one of them is a puppy. That's why we bought our Bissell. It has done absolutely wonderful! And after each use I just store it in the closet on the tray and it's there for the next use. It's so easy to clean and the scrubbing brush does a great job picking up pee, mud, dirt, you name it. The only problem I have had is in our mud room the dogs tracked in THICK layers of mud. My son did not Bissell it up right away so it dried. That took going over a few times to get it all cleaned. If it happens again I'll just mop the thick mud up and Bissell it afterwards. Other than that I love it! And Bissell.com has amazing deals on their cleaning solutions and brushes so it doesn't break the bank when I needed more cleaner. I also wanted to say that we had a rug cleaner at one point that was a Bissell. It stopped working after one year. I called Bissell they took great care of me and that is why I stand by Bissell and their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used Bissell Cross wave for first time yesterday and was very excited about my purchase!! Very easy to use the and light weight. The vacuum had all the suction you could want, but will not pick up like jelly beans or pistachios nut shells but dirt and hair no problems!! Switching from vacuuming to mop is just bushing and holding the button on the handle. You have control over how much water is used hard spots I switched to area rug function and went over the area couple of times it picked it up. I don't like leaving water on my hardwood floors and the Cross wave meets this requirement, just went over the area a couple of times the floor was clean and dry. I also bought the area rug brush and my area rug looks amazing and didn't take long to dry. The Bissell multi shampoo leaves NO residue fresh smell and I did 3 rooms a hallway of hardwood floors tiled bathroom and small area rug with 1 full cleaning solution. Remember I didn't soak my wood floors with water but every inch had cleaning solution applied, however I did empty the dirty catcher twice, it was full of hair and just didn't want to chance losing any suction. Notice some reviews complained about the machine being loud, I didn't think it was any louder then my dry vacuum.
Pros: Deep cleaning, Easy to use, Lightweight, Quick cleanup, Would Recommend
Cons: Area Rugs, Hardwood Floors, High Traffic Areas, Small Spaces, Tile Floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly this is amazing I hate moping and sweeping and this has made me do it every day it's so easy and gets everything. You think it won't. 10/10 I recommend this ! The salutation it comes with isn't a strong over power smell it's very nice. I recommend this to mother's older people, people who have jobs or someone like me who doesn't enjoy sweeping mopping . This takes care of both of them. Also the cord is pretty good size so you can do quite a bit of flooring .
