Piece of garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst vacuum I have ever had. This vacuum has absolutely no suction at all. I made sure there was nothing obstructing the vacuum which would affect the suction and nothing. I watched as I went over the same dirt and hair 10 times and all that the vacuum did was push it around. Think twice about buying this you're better of throwing your money down the toilet. I love that they help stray animals which is why I bought a bissell product but not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Jennifer. The CrossWave isn't designed for dry vacuuming. It should be used with water and BISSELL CrossWave formula to vacuum and wash sealed hard floors at the same time eliminating the need to sweep and mop separately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited about using this product. However, I was really disappointed in its ability to actually clean or deep clean. To use in between my deep cleanings and for small purposes it's great but I still have to do deep cleaning in between cuz it does not clean efficiently. I was really hopeful and expected the product to clean as it says it did better than what it actually does. Again for a small in between cleanings it works great but I will not give up my regular mopping for this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a rug in my cat room that I needed to clean and went from a carpeted place to hard floors so I was worried about cat litter, hair etc. but this thing works just as good as my Bissell Pet Pro I had for my regular carpet. I saw reviews that this was not very good on throw rugs but so far I'm impressed! That cat rug was gross but it's nice and clean now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! I can easily go from vacuuming my hardwood floors and carpet to cleaning them with the Bissell multi-surface formula. It is brilliant! With just the push of a button and a trigger, I can clean all my floors and carpet. The machine basically self cleans after each use when you add just a cup or two of water to the storage tray and run the machine for a few seconds. I would highly recommend.
