[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item April 16,2021 within the first 3 months of purchasing I had to get it fixed. The water kept spilling everywhere!! A couple of months later it wasn't cleaning my floors. Now May 13,2022 my vacuum doesn't turn on. I have to go unplug it and come back to turn it on and it only turns on for 30 seconds! It's really disappointing I paid all this money and it keeps breaking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cord is a hassle

Motor for Roller Died

We have 4 dogs and 2 cats, so I usually vacuum before using this, just to avoid hair clogs, and i clean it throughly after ever use. However, this product was a gift and I raved and raved to all my family and friends about it. Until last night when mid-kitchen, the roller stopped moving. There were no obstructions. I turned it off and back on. Unplugged it, plugged it back in. I tried everything I could find online. Nothing. Best I can tell, the motor responsible for turning the spinner, died. I loved this product, but now I'm just incredibly disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
