I purchased this crosswave on the recommendation of my son. It is a game changer!! I am a total neat freak and find this really cleans my floors in a short amount of time. My floors feel soooooo clean and smell soooo fresh!! I have recommended it to several friends. whom have all bought one and tell me they too absolutely LOVE it! My only regret is not buying one sooner :) Thank you BISSELL for an exceptional product
