[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My entire downstairs and steps are in luxury vinyl. Before purchasing my Bissell, I use the traditional mops to clean these floors. I thought my floors were clean, However, when I used the Bissell for the first time, the dirty water collected was dark gray and full of small particles the Bissell was able to lift. Truly a great way to clean my floors and I immediately threw away my old mops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for 2 years and I do like it but I think the cordless would be more convenient. My biggest complaint is I cannot remove the plastic cover that is over the rotating brush to clean it. It is super tight and does not come off easily for cleaning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
