[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] #sweepsteaks The CrossWave is a game changer. I used it in my kitchen and was amazed how clean the floor was and how little water was used. I took it to my parents house and used it on their floors. They were also very impressed. In fact, my mom called me and asked me to bring it back to do their bathroom floors. So easy to use. Quicker than having to vacuum floor and then mop it.

First let me say I love this!!!! My large living room floors were cleaned in under 10 min!!! The dirty canister was mind blowing. I am a mom of 3, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. My floors need cleaned daily and Only chance I get to clean them is at night when everyone is in bed. This is a must for tired moms!!! The downfall is that the buttons on the handle appear to be misprinted. They both say rug. I have to look up which button was for hard floors before using. I plan to contact where I purchased and bissell to see how we can resolve it, though it doesn't seem to have been issue, after dropping a large chunk of cash on this product I would prefer it to be accurate. I'm not taking any stars off for the fact that this bad boy worked and I am able to literally cut my nightly cleaning down by 75%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I was tired of having to go back after mopping with a rag to clean hair that got pushed to edges/baseboards. I have a cat and between her shedding, my shedding, and the lint fibers from towels, blankets, and clothes it just seemed never ending with the hair everywhere, even though I always vacuum and swiffer before mopping. This has helped tremendously in getting up whatever was left behind from my initial vacuum and swiffering so I don't have to go behind and wipe the edge of the floors where the hair collects. Even though it has the vacuum ability I don't use it for a full 2 in 1 function. I use it mainly for mopping and I still prefer to vacuum before using this. It has cleaned very well for me, and I love being able to see how much dirt it's getting up. It's even got up some scuff marks from my kitchen floor. I don't have any carpet or rugs in my place outside of doormats so I can't comment on that feature. But it works well on my floors (vinyl, tile, and some sort of non-natural wood). My only issue which is a big issue is that the brush roll stopped spinning after 9 months thus making it completely useless now. Because of this it's not the best value for the money, but when it worked it was great.

I was shocked at how much dirt and grime came up off of my floor and rugs the first day I used my crosswave... even after I had cleaned with my vacuum and mop a few days before! Easy to clean, easy to store.... I love this, I am considering getting two for my daughters.
