[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really seems to do a great job vacuuming and cleaning the floors. The clean-up of the machine is ok, wish you did not have to take it apart to do it, but it is pretty simple. Some type of furniture attachment would be cool!

I was visiting my daughter a few months ago and she had invested in a Crosswave and I didn't know that there were cleaners that did BOTH vacuum and mop!! I contemplated since it was a pretty penny BUT well worth every penny!!!! I actually clean my floors every other day!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! I read some of the bad reviews, but they are not reading the directions regarding the streaks.

This machine has saved my back and time from vacuuming, mopping, etc. All in one step I can do the entire house and it leaves everything clean, smelling amazing, and looking brand new. Can't recommend enough.

I absolutely loved my Crosswave until after 3 years it stopped working. The gear that turns the brush wore out and I cannot get a replacement for the foot assembly. If I had used this a couple times a week I could understand it wearing out, but I only used it about every other week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry to hear this! Usually this is caused by hair and debris collecting around the brush ends. If you remove the brush roll and clean it after use this shouldn't happen. Please give us a call at 1-800-237-7691 and we'd be happy to give you a discount on a new CrossWave.
