I clean my house everyday so I didn't expect it to hold this much dust and hair in the area rugs , it work wonders , also for hard surfaces . Im in love with this product , its a life saver .

It is so much easier using the CrossWave than 1st using the vacuum cleaner and then washing the floor. The CrossWave saves so much time and does a great job. Easy to use and very easy to take apart to clean out the components. We have also used it to spot clean carpets. Does a great job!

Cleans my concrete floors well; formula odor is irritating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the Bissell worked well on my concrete floors. They didn't look too dirty, no mud or pet hair. Was surprised how dirty the water was in the dirty tank. The one thing that really put me off was the odor of the multi-surface formula. It has artificial fragrance added, and I found it overwhelming. My eyes watered and it irritated my nose. I only cleaned a small room, and though I was running the air exchanger, I had to leave for awhile. The odor lingers. I would love it if Bissell sold a fragrance free formula for this type of cleaning. In future, I will use water without formula. It works well enough with just plain water. When the warranty period ends, I'll use a Bona product instead.
