With a house that has hard surfaces it's nearly impossible to keep up with the pet hair and messes. I just replaced the one I got in 2015. Makes me life so much easier. I will always have this and my carpet cleaner on hand. Must haves for every pet owner or volunteer.

The dirtiness in the cup proves that I'm not just pushing the dirt around the floor and I don't have to get on my hands and knees any more! I have wood floors throughout most of my house, so I'm hoping to keep them better under control as it seems worthwhile to put in the effort without hurting my 65 year old body. I did not give it 5 stars as it doesn't get off all stuck on things and there is more cleanup as I did not pay the bigger bucks for the self cleaning option.
