[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Crosswave All in One yesterday and was anxious to try it. It is certainly easy to use and since I just switched from all carpet to all floors, that's extremely important. I think it will take a couple of tries to get really good with it. I did notice that it doesn't get all the way to the baseboards, I expected that, but that is easily handled with a quick Swiffer around the perimeter. BUT it is noisy. I didn't expect that. That is the reason for the missing star. Overall, I would buy it again as I feel it was a good value.

So far, all I have done is vacuum both carpet and tile floors with it, and it was great! I did collect quite a bit in the container, which my hubby cleaned out for me. Am ready to either vacuum again, or try the shampoo. Will let you know how that goes. It is so light and easy to maneuver!
