[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to buy this vacuum because of the positive reviews. The first two times I used it went well, although the smell it produces was awful. Since then it has been downhill. All it does is push around cat hair into clumps I need to pick up after by hand. It also leaves very noticeable white streaks everywhere. The smell seems to get even worse. I truly hate everything about this vacuum and regret buying it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works as advertised. It leaves my pre-finished wood floors gleaming. But holy moly make sure you wear ear plugs when using it because it creates a high-pitched whine when running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw the Bissel Crosswave mentioned in a cleaning group as the "holy grail" of floor cleaners so I decided to give it a try. I am not disappointed! It vacuums and mops at the same time and does a great job! My floors look better than they ever have in a fraction of the time. I initially bought one as a gift for my son, but was so impressed I bought another for myself :)

A friend recommended this crosswave and wow what a game changer!!!! I can vacuum and mop in one! It works so well and easy to clean and store and fill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my crosswave. Sweeping and mopping used to take me 30 mins just for my kitchen which has black wood laminate floors. Not to mention I would also have to put a shine product on them once a week. Now I can get the whole kitchen cleaned in less than 5. Love that it has a container for the dirty water. It feels like my floors are finally truly clean rather than just pushing the dirt around.
