[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my cross wave because it did exactly what was advertised. My kitchen floor felt very clean under my feet after using the cross wave . My living room rug also looks fantastic! It's easy to clean after each use. We are a family with a dog, a cat and two birds. The cross wave also picked up the animal fur and feathers. I am very satisfied. The the rig and floors smell nice too!

Unfortunately This Is Not What I Thought It'd Be

I was so excited to get this product for Christmas last year because we were buying a home and it would be perfect for my hardwood and carpets inside. But unfortunately it doesn't work well at all...the filter always get's clogged and then it over heats. I removed the filter so hopefully make it work better but it did not. The system get's clogged right at the neck of the vacuum and then it doesn't work at all. I am highly disappointed that we spend over $200 on an item that doesn't work well at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry to hear this, Tanya. We don't recommend the CrossWave for dry vacuuming or deep cleaning carpet. It's designed to vacuum and wash sealed hard floors and rugs simultaneously, eliminating the need to sweep then mop. Please call us at 1-800-237-7691 so we can better assist with your machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am very happy with my new Crossover. It makes cleaning my floors a lot easier. My brother, with whom I live is incontinent of bowel and bladder. Unfortunately, this can cause huge messes to clean up. The Crossover makes that job infinitely easier. I'm disabled due to back problems and with this machine the clean up is far easier. The Crossover is well worth the price.
