[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Crosswave is a life saver for me. It have 4 dogs and 4 cats and some have accidents. II was constantly sweeping and mopping over and over; it was back breaking emptying buckets and washers mop tops. This machine cleans my wood floors quickly and has eliminated pet odors which has cut down on pet accidents. Thank you, Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was visiting my brother and his wife in Maine, and they were telling me about their new wonderful machine that vacuumed and washed their floors all at once. I couldn't wait to try it. Their floors did not even look the least bit dirty as they had been done 3 days previous, so they let me use it and I am telling you what a great job it did the water was filthy and the floor didn't even look dirty. As soon as I returned home I ordered my own. I just had new floors put in my kitchen & bath (ceramic tile) and mine worked great as well!!!!!
