Very little water sprays onto the mop roller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have textured luxury vinyl planking. Was so excited to get this as it looked like it would clean the textured lines in our flooring. Each time I use this I notice there is very little water getting to the roller . In many cases the floor is completely dry after just doing that section. Watching while cleaning there is no water getting to the floor. We can do our whole house (1700 sq ft) and the dirty water reservoir isnt even 1/2 full. We have cleaned the unit many times. You can see the water trying to pump down and spray but very little gets to the roller. So disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The soft fiber brush roll holds the dirt and smears it around. A swiffer mop is just as effective as this machine, maybe more effective, and a lot less expensive! The old Bissell Floormate was amazing it had a brush roll that did not absorb the dirt, instead of this mop type of roll, it truly cleaned!
