This is the best Christmas present I have reseaved this year! I have tried so many different products to make cleaning easier. The bissell CrossWave does that! With 3 kids 1 dog and 2 cats my floors take a lot of abuse. Also this poor momma had to sweep everyday and mops at least every other day having this truly has made my cleaning job so much easier! I love love love it!
Pros: Sweeps and mops all at once

I have only had my CrossWave for a short time, but I have a feeling we are going to have a great relationship. This machine has already decreased my workload while producing a squeaky clean floor. No kidding. I have a dog so mopping was a 3 step process, sweep, dust mop, and then mop. Now all I have to do is mop! The only caution I would offer is to make sure you screw the water container cap on tight. I did not the first time and the cap itself remained in the unit when it was removed. I thought I had ruined my machine before I could even use it, but my husband was able to retrieve the cap and life has been Bissell ever since.

Love, love, love this machine! Greatest Christmas gift ever (I have been asking for one all year)! After years of sweeping and steam mopping and having the thought that my floors were clean were shattered on Christmas day when I received my machine from my hubby. I had to try it out and my floors were cleaned the day before with my steam mop. After using my new Crosswave, I realized my floors were FAR from clean. The water was nasty, nasty, nasty! This machine does a fantastic job and is easy to set-up and clean after use.
Pros: Dries floors fast, Works VERY well
