[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Bissell CrossWave was easy to assemble, easy to refill, easy to empty. It really cleans the floor and leaves it dry by the time your done. The cleaning dray is great too. You simple place it in the tray, add water, turn on and it's ready to use the next time. I just bought one for my daughter and son-in law and they love it too. Not happy with product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great as long as you do not use water. It sends it out but does not pick it up, therefore, leaving dirt streaks. I clean it out totally after each try, and it picks up very little water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need replacement parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked great until it didn't. There are little squeegees that get messed up if you floor tiles aren't perfectly even. But no replacement for them. In fact, except for brushes and filters there are no parts.
