I like this but Only for the vacuum part of it. The water doesn't seem to come out too much and the machine gets clogged up easily with hair way too fast. The machine will start to spit ( if it even sucks it up) clots of dirt and hair. There is a filter that's supposed to catch the hair before it goes into the tank and it doesn't.

I recommend a crosswave to anyone with a textured hard floor!! I have a textured linoleum in my kitchen and bathrooms and I can swiffer it THREE TIMES & the pads are still dirty at the end of round 3. The crosswave not only makes my textured floors look clean, but actually feel clean! I also use the crosswave on a wool area rug, freshens and almost re-fluffs the rug, but I do use a full size vacuum over the rug before running the crosswave.

Well, did not look like it after using my Crosswave. My floors (tile and hardwood) were filthy!! Everyone should own one of these!
