[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Bissell to use on my laminated wood floors. I live in the south and we get a lot of rain. Having a large dog I am always having to mop my floors. I was looking for a way to make things easier and this product solved the problem. I first used it in the dry mode only to see how it worked on the dog hair and dirt. I was very pleased with the performance. A few days later I used the mop and sweep mode. I was very surprised by how well it cleaned. It was easy to clean, use, and saved me a great deal of time and labor. At times there was a little excessive water on the floor when pushing and pulling back and fouth. I found by letting off the water dispensing trigger and going over the area it picked the water up and looked great. This product overall is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly I would say that I love my Bissell Crosswave becuase of its ability to vacuum and mop in one step. It's lightweight and easy to use. It's perfect for my home. If I had larger areas to clean frequently however the cost of the liquid cleaner would add up quickly. Also it doesn't have the ability to get into tight spaces as much as I would like. All in all though I'm happy with the Crosswave.

I love that I can sweep/vacuum and mop at the same time. This cuts down on my cleaning time. I also like that I can move from rug to hard surface floor without having to change anything, just a touch of the button. I do wish I had purchased the cordless model as I find the cord gets in the way. I love that the cord is long for my bigger spaces.
