[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a handy cleaning machine for hard floors and carpets. You can vacuum with it as well as clean. It has its own tray where you cam set the machine while it cleans itself. It is helpful because it's not heavy and it help take the heavy load off of mopping. You do have to get in corners or edges with a mop though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the concept of the Crosswave, but I have not found my match. Cleaning the tank is like something is missing. The hair catch! After having the Cordless Max and knowing what works. The fact that the tank is small and you a hair catch is not available for this unit is sad. All that aside I can't be without one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two dogs. A long hair and a short hair. I vacuum my home about 4 times a week. Our house is definitely lived in. 2 kids 2 dogs and a active family. It takes me about 20 min to vacuum my house and 20 min to clean out the vacuum. The dog hair gets stuck in the tube to were the dirt deposits and then will stop sucking up the hair and dirt in your house. If you have no dogs and no dirt in your house, this might be for you. If you do anything ever and have dogs DO NOT BUY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used my new 2 in 1 I thought it was amazing! Cleaned it all out for the next use. Filled the water container with cleaning solution started using it and it left brown smudges all around my house. I wish you would not have to clean out the cleaner head after every use as well. It is a lot of maintenance Sometimes I think on my hands and knees was more efficient and time consuming.

Honestly I expected better performance and when allowed to clean sufficiently it is quite time consuming. It does achieve enough of what I would like to keep it. The solution is far too expensive and I am sure is where most of the money is made...
