Does not work properly. Only used twice because it leaves a dirty water sludge like track on the floor while mopping. It also smells, we cleaned it multiple times and the smell just won't go away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I also have a dog so inevitably I would always end up with streaks of his hair from the mop. With my CrossWave it is a one and done with nothing left behind!!! I am a very frugal person and hate spending money on just about anything but the CrossWave is worth every penny if you have a lot of hardwood flooring in your home. #sweepstakes
